hi everyone,
the website is finally up, and I've just about completed the music section of it so far. still need to add pop up windows of lyrics and instrumental and acapella downloads to the Kind of a Big Deal page, but they will come. thanks for bearing with me as I try to deliver the best website that I can. there's still a lot of work to be done, but response has been solid and I'm really happy with how it's turned out so far. if you encounter any bugs that you think I'm not aware of, please feel free to e-mail me-- ckiskindofabigdeal@gmail.com .

It's actually an hourlong special that I did with MC Lars, and you can stream it here or download it here. the response since the album's been on iTunes has been awesome, and I'm very happy with how much money has been able to be donated to UNICEF thus far. pretty spectacular.
today is july 6, and this marks about the halfway point of summer for college kids. music this summer has been legit, even if I'm only catching up on stuff that I might have missed out on during the school year. I've been listening to angels and airwaves, lupe fiasco, taking back sunday, the format, and kane's new album. go to his site and listen to his stuff, and if you dropped him a line--mak2117@columbia.edu--I'd be your friend for a long time. tell him ck sent you.
